1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3User Account & Security

Your h5 winbox account is personal and non-transferable to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorised use that you may not be aware of.

Your Security Responsibilities

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the h5 winbox platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by internationally recognised certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the respective game information.
• The results of completed games are final and cannot be altered.

7Prohibited Conduct
